1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or bodysuits.

2. How to Start a Return

We’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right immediately.
